Rated 5 out of 5 by Tip top product Awesome glue, use it for jointing oak together. Run a damp cloth along both edges to be glued, spread a tiny layer of glue on, clamp together, expands filling any tiny gaps and is very strong, the timber will break before the glue gives. 26 Aug 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Strong product for any use Had an issue where a coat hook came off a door so was looking for solutions different fixings weren't working so tried this and as far as I can see the door would fail before this glue fails. Hardens fairly quickly and expands by a great amount so only a sparing amount needed making this bottle great value for money. 13 Aug 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT It's absolutely rubbish! I used it to stick two pieces of wood together and I left it longer than it said on the bottle to dry (24 hours) I picked it up the next day and the two pieces fell apart almost instantly. Worst product ever 16 Jul 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Decent This is a decent glue (similar to D4 glue for those in the trade). Excellent for those who need a glue that will stick most things and fill the gaps as it foams (expands) up into all the cracks and crevices. Bottle is smaller than expected for the price. 4 Aug 2016

I have a handle on the outside of the oven and the screw fits to it from inside, but the thread has gone on the handle and want to use the glue to secure the screw and plate of the handle to the outside of the oven. Will this work?

Answer:
Thank you for your interest in our products. We have assumed your oven door is glass, and that your handle is plastic. Unfortunately we could not recommend Gorilla Glue on this occasion, as you are adhering plastic under continuous heat which is problematic. We would normally recommend Gorilla Epoxy for this type of application.

Answer:
Unfortunately we cannot recommend Gorilla Glue for this particular application.
The adhesion of plastic to glass is difficult to achieve (normally leading to the use of an Epoxy type product) but coupled with the high heat levels within an oven and the flexibility of the glass under heat (cooling down / warming up) this adds to the complexity and probably explains the issues you have experienced with other glues. We would suggest you contact the Oven Manufacturer direct and request details of the specialist Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) glue used to adhere the clips in manufacture, which may be available to purchase.

Answer:
Gorilla Glue is waterproof when dry, however it dries to a golden yellow colour which would make it difficult to paint effectively into a hairline crack.
We would recommend our new Gorilla Grab Adhesive which is just being launched in the UK and can be applied in wet environments and dries to a white finish. It is applied using a Cartridge Gun just like conventional Sealants, and is flexible so that it can cope with extremes of temperature.
1. Ensure that the crack/s is completely dry before application (perhaps by using a hair dryer)
2. Application could either be by means of a bead on top of the crack or by using an implement such as a tongue depressor to push the adhesive into the cracks
3. Please ensure that the Grab Adhesive is allowed to fully cure before using the sink (24 hours)
