Rated 5 out of 5Â by dowsetta Frog tape quality
I have been painting bedroom furniture in 2 tone colours.
I needed to produce sharp lines between the different colours.
Initially I tried using ordinary masking tape, but the paint bled under the tape.
I used low tack frog tape and was very pleased with the excellent results.
I would recommend this tape to anyone for difficult paint jobs.

I had to paint a border around a wall so needed a perfectly clean crisp line all around the wall. This stuff was perfect for the job, much better than using your normal masking tape, as this had no bleed through, and didn't damage the paint underneath it when removed.
When you need perfect edges, use this stuff, it will be cheaper in the long run than having to sort out any problems with paint once it's on the wall!

Good stuff, normal masking tape is a bit of a waste of time, but this stuff leaves a clean line almost every time, with no paint bleed through. I used to spend ages cutting in edges, but a roll of this stuff will save your hours. Only downside is that is a little expensive - but there is a large amount on the roll.
You can tell its a quality product as you use it, strong, just sticky enough. nice.

Used this to paint a 2 tone feature wall in a bedroom with matt emulsion. Followed the instructions to the letter (removing immediately after painting) and it worked perfectly. Got a bit lazy when using on a small part of the ceiling and left the tape on whilst the paint dried. This led to a small bit of "leakage" after the 2nd coat - my own fault.
Works well but its very pricey for what it is. Perhaps they could make it cheaper if they stopped supplying it in the large pointless plastic container.
