Only used for a short time so far. Seems well built and great value for money.

Bought this trim some of the high branches on my tress and it did the job fine, lopper device was good and the saw attachment worked OK, especially considering it was at height and swaying a bit at full extension. It is a bit unwieldy at full extension and it bends a bit on the bigger branches but for the price can't complain. Can't comment on long term performance but so far so good

I bought this just before Autumn kicked in and all the prices on pruners went up. So great value for money. What the description doesn't say is that there are 3 different tools on this product. There is the saw for larger branches (really only useful when cutting through a branch at its collar). The "anvil" pruner which has to approach the branch to be cut from below. This requires the user to put slight upward pressure on the tool with one hand while pulling downward on the pulley with the other hand. I can imagine this might be difficult if you are at full stretch. There is also a "by-pass" pruner which has to approach the branch to be cut from above (in other words, it is hooked and cuts downwards). Although this tool doesn't cut thicker branches, it is easier to use as you need to apply both downward pressure on the pole and tool whilst pulling down on the pulley to make the cut. The tool itself is a lot easier to use when the saw blade is not needed (it snags on other branches), but this is quickly removed using the wing nut supplied. All in all, seems a sturdy bit of kit with thick nylon cord used with the strong spring on the pulley system.

Purchased this instead of a long reach electric cutter as I decided I would not get the use from an electric one.
Very glad I did as this is much lighter and a lot easier to handle, although being manually operated its a bit slow to use , but being retired that's not a problem
It does exactly what it is supposed to do and is very good value for money.
The only niggle is there is no bolt supplied to attach the saw blade
