A thoroughly cheap and nasty arch badly assembled. It fell apart when I removed the plastic packing strap. However, if you have a drill and a screwdriver it is simple to put back together with a few screws rather than a bit of random stapling. Cannot comment yet on performance or reliability but system required it.

First arch delivered speedily but on examining it two of the criss-cross pieces were broken off where knots in the wood were. Also many of the logs were badly split by the screws holding them together, and one side fell apart. It is interesting that the manufacturers advise the purchaser to pre-drill pilot holes prior to screwing anything together. It seems they donât practise what they preach, as their pilot holes are either too narrow or non-existent!
In fairness the damaged arch was collected and a replacement supplied. The replacement was much better but the angle pieces had to be re-cut at the correct angle.

It is certainly rustic,
A DIY job needing tools including a drill as ordinary screws are supplied - not nuts and bolts.
Some screws were lost in transit and the supplier sent a new set without delay.
The arch had obviously been stored outside for a considerable period of time prior to sale, and the screws holding the sections together are consequently rusty (some broken).
