There are times when you need to use a hand-screwdriver and all you have is hex.bits for a drill-driver.
This is when this bit-handle comes in handy!
It has a hex/magnetic socket that takes any type of 1/4" hex bit (screwdriver, drill, or countersink) so you can get into tight spots or when you need delicate operation that you just can't get with a powertool.
Starting a pilot hole in *exactly* the right location is one of the many uses for this, along with starting screws in tight places, and a quick clean-up of a hole with a countersink bit.
It also means you can use "odd" bits that you may have only in 25/50mm hex, such as Security Torx, Tri-wing, square, etc. and you don't want to buy a whole set of handled screwdrivers for the rare occasions when you need to use these.
Price is good too!
