Rated 4 out of 5 by from 50/50 After reading all the reviews on here i purchased this saw. The first one i spent around an hour setting it up then plugged it in only to discover it wasn't working. Called Screwfix who agreed to send a replacement. Set the new saw up and all was well. Used it for the first time today. Dust extraction! Don't bother using it it hopeless. I connected my shop Vac to both the dust outlets. Absolutely no dust collection. It just goes everywhere. the build quality isn't great either. don't get me wrong its a decent saw but in my opinion not as good as the reviews suggest. The sliding mitre gauge is hopeless. lots of play in it. Saw cuts great and only had to do a bit of setting up to get everything square. I cant comment on reliability as i have only used it once.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not good Wanted a cheap saw just to simply rip some materials down, stand was rusty out of box , overlooking this carried on assembling the saw , however when it came to putting blade on undone nut but couldn't get clamp washer off was stuck on and not moving quality isn't good so put it straight back in box and returned to screwfiix for full refund no quibbles can't fault screw fixes service would nt recommend this saw tho .

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good but there are snags The main table and mechanics seem to be solid and function well. The snags are; 1) as others have said the instructions are a little vague particularly with regard to which bolt / nut to use where, 2) the screw retaining the small plate that needs to be removed to tighten the blade was "impossible" to unscrew, however it is possible to fit the blade at the lowest position and angled to 45 degrees, 3) the rip fence does not fit securely on the side extensions to the table, especially at the join between main table and extensions. Can't really vouch for reliability as I've only had it a few days and will probably only use occasionally.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sturdy quality table saw Bought these a few days ago - well packed, easy to put together and no adjustment needed so could use it out of the box! Instructions could be a little bit better for the ripfence.

is there a way of flattening the aluminium table as mine is not flat?

Asked by: ben123456
Hello ben123456. Unfortunately the extension table provided for large ripping capacity is not designed to fold flat, to take off you would have to unscrew the support brackets, as in the instructions. Thank you for using Q&A, [BH].
