Rated 5 out of 5 by Better than I expected I bought this saw on the strength of the other reviews but to be honest it's even better than I expected. It's not hard to put together but takes about an hour or so and a little patience. Do not make the mistake I did in thinking there is a foot missing, it is supposed to have three with the fourth an adjustable one which looks different. I knew I wanted to move mine quite regularly to make space and for cleaning and it really won't stand up to that as the legs will not put up with being dragged and it is heavy to lift so I put it on a base with castors which works a treat. It's a very sturdy unit and the quality really is as good as you can hope. The rip fence also clamps at both ends of the table which is essential on a table saw in my opinion. Downsides is that it is quite loud and there is no brake on the blade but that is is what you sacrifice on a cheaper tool I guess. Overall highly recommended 7 Feb 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent value for money After purchasing various other erbauer products, it was a no brainer for my next purchase. Their products are really high quality. This table saw is very well built, sturdy and feels solid and great for the hobbyist and diy'er. The blade (although just a 24 tooth) cuts very well and smooth. Easy to set up and allign. The knly downside is the mitre gauge, it has slight play but this is easily overcomed by adding a strip of tape to the side of the runner. Or just cut a new runner to replace the metal one. I cannot comment on reliabilty yet but time will tell but i expect it to be fine based on previous experience with Erbauer products. Definately would recommend this product. 21 Jan 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Construction instructions Instructions should be improved. Took me ages to sort out the supporting stand. Eventually realised that the leg to which the adjustable foot is attached was shorter than the other three. Why was this not meantioned? 30 Sep 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by May take it back! I bought this saw, based on the reviews, to replace an old Ferm cheaper model on which the rip fence clamp has broken. It is such a shame that they have spoilt a product that could be excellent. Overall build quality is excellent but there are a several faults with mine. 1) The table isn't flat! The panel to the left of the left guide slot falls away from level. 2) As mentioned by someone else, the guide slots have annoying tabs that prevent the use of home made panel cutting sleds. 3) The guide slots are wider than the rear guide-fence clamp. This means that if your required cutting width coincides with the slot the fence will not lock off, necessitating the addition of the supplied auxiliary fence. 4) The guide-fence clips, for storing it on the side of the machine, are worse than useless. As the fence is longer than the machine body it sticks out at one end or the other, or both, and is easy to knock off when walking round the machine. I am seriously considering taking it back. 26 Jul 2015

I have followed the instructions, loosening the 4 allen screws in the table top, then trying to move the blade.
It won't budge. At the back, the blade touches the table top, at the front there is about a 9mm gap.

What is going wrong?

Thanks
Gareth

Answer:
Hi G Carpentry. According to the instructions on our website, each leg is fixed by two bolts with external heads. It looks to be reasonably easy to take them off for storage. I hope this information is of help to you.

I want to store the motor in a dry location (indoors) over winter to avoid rusting. I dont want to have to take the entire bench into a dry area but to leave it in the shed. Is it easy to remove the motor unit (unbolt it) and store it indoors?

Answer:
Not easily
you need to take the wings off, take the lower base off and then you can get access to motor, a lot of hassle to be honest because on fitting you will need to setup alignment
