Rated 5 out of 5Â by StanDIY Energer bench grinder
This is a small economic bench grinder just right for my DIY needs. It is very easy to assemble and the two stones have sharpened all my tools efficiently. It is so steady when in use I haven't needed to fix it down. Well worth the money I paid.

Only had it 2 days, but I'm impressed with this grinder, ideal for my home workshop, already sharpened up quite a few drill bits, garden shears etc Don't know how I'm supposed to rate reliability, but I feel confident it will last me a few years!

It is difficult to rate an item which costs £19.99 when you can pay £100's of pounds for a grinder but I will have a go. Item arrived next day so that was very good. It was a bit smaller than I expected more of a mini grinder really and I think that is what it really should be used for small hobby or diy work. the construction is a bit flimsy in places and I had to take a hammer to straighten a few bits out (luckily nothing broke!). One stone wobbled a bit but nothing too bad. But it worked for what I wanted it for - grinding the initial bevel on my plane irons. Not noisy and very little vibration. Cant press too hard otherwise motor stops but shouldn't press too hard anyway (draw temper etc etc). have to fix it down otherwise will move. It is fit for purpose and I cant see why it should not last providing your demands are not too great.
