Easy to use multi-cutter with 3.2° oscillation angle for sawing, scraping and sanding.

Product contents:
ENB518HTL, 2 x dust extraction adaptors (32 and 35mm), 1 x plastic sanding pad (unperforated), 1 x 35mm end cut blade, 1 x 80mm HSS semicircular saw blade, 15 x sanding sheets (5 x 80 grit, 5 x 120 grit and 5 x 180 grit), 1 x spare small flange, 1 x hex key and canvas carry bag.

Specifications:
No load speed 11,000-20,000opm. Will require adaptor (Code 28127) to use Bosch or Erbauer accessories. Weight 1.4kg.

No issues - simple to set up and use and tidy hold all case was provied for storage hadn't realised I`d also bought a detail sander included . If you get a metal cutting attachment it will. I did this with mine. However if you are tight on space it might be a little tricky.

It's not designed for lifting floor tiles. I used mine on wall tiles no problem but I did so at my own risk. Hope this helps.

It's a bit late to help you but I always use a circular saw for this, easy to set depth...cutting midway on the joists so that you've got something left to re-nail the removed piece of floorboard to. Watch out for nails although a lot of modern blades will go right through them.

I can confirm that there is no depth stop with this model however if you require a depth stop you may wish to look at the part number 77151 (http://www.screwfix.com/p/dewalt-dwe315kt-300w-multi-cutter-240v/77151?_requestid=51248).
