DOES WHAT IT SAYS ON THE TIN ⦠OK PACKET!
Very easy to use with minimal tendency to split the boards if used right.
Used on a renovation project with very mature original Victorian boards (circa 1870).
I found applying a slight angle reduced the tendency of the boards to split.

perfect for relaying old floorboards,
the dimple on the top mentioned in a previous review is to ensure the nail beds firmly below the surface of the timber so it does not work loose .
Just what it is intended for.
If sanding punch the nails further below the surface as with any floor sanding job.

These nails are useless, chocolate nails would have gone in better.

Needed some of these to re-lay some floorboards directly only concrete.
Performed well & kept their shape while hammering.
Only bad bits - the nails have a really smooth finish, and I found they were quite "slippy" when going into concrete, whereas some others I already had were quite rough and gripped better. Also, the nails had a small dimple on the top, which didnt flatten out after hammering, so when I came to sand the boards, I was destroying pads.
Cheapest I could find for this quantity.
