I recently assembled and installed this cabinet.
I'm quite pleased with the overall finished job, but if simplicity refers to the assembly, I would not by any means call it simplicity.
I suspect the precise opening of the doors could be an issue if the carcass is not 100% square, so I would take great care to check carefully during the assemble to ensure that it is, in which case the mechanism should work perfectly.
I don't know why the magnetic catch is sited, intrusively on the bottom, shelf when it could be better fixed under the top panel, and out of the way. If I assembled it again I would do it that way anyway.

Looks smart when assembled & hung - not the very sharpest of designs but this price its good value. You do need to read the instructions carefully and make sure that you build and mount it square, otherwise the doors won't operate properly.

I can only fully agree with the first review. This cabinet is of an 80's design and not fit for purpose. It is of poor design regarding the assembly and with no adjustment on the badly aligned hinges it would be a very bad buy.
In fairness to Scewfix because the assembly requires some gluing together i took the cabinet back assembled and got a full refund. Save yourself the trouble and give this a miss. You will be verydissapointed

The only good thing about this cabinet is the clear instructions. It does require however 2 pairs of hands to fit the doors and the top, and the same to hang it on the wall. There was a split in the wood on one part and glue showing where the mirrors were fixed but I carried on. Finally hanging on the wall, only to find that the doors were completely mis-aligned (no adjustment possible), and when cleaned as they had no protective coating the mirrors were scratched and in one place chipped. I advise steer clear of this cabinet.
