Rated 5 out of 5 by Good Strong Fix Used 4 of these to strengthen the support under a raised deck built to support a summerhouse. I prefer these concrete in rather than the hammer in spike type as it's easier to get them straight. The hammer ground spike type scew off when you hit a stone. These 100mm x 100mm concrete supports offer great strength. They hold the timber above the ground so stop the posts rotting. I would recommend and will use them again on future projects. 12 Jul 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Perfect for the job. I've used these to concrete into the existing holes that the old rotten wooden posts came out of and they do the job just fine. 14 Jun 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Removable fence installed a removable fence with these to allow is to store boats in the back garden over winter. Really easy to install and do the job great however the fence is a bit wobbly as it is 6 foot and not a lot of the wood is supported within the post support 4 May 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Makes putting it up easy I have used these twice now, once about 3 years ago ( and they are still good and solid) , and also over the last fortnight. I used them for building large pergolas, allowing me to set out the base positions in advance, getting everything level and square, ready to accept the posts. The posts then just pop in and before you know it, its up! I have used them with 100mm PSE, which finish at 95mm so I slide in a cheeky pack here and there which keeps them nice and tight. The clamp part could be improved as it bends easily, and the bolts only have to look at rain and they rust, but a smear of grease keeps them ok, and its unlikely you will need to undo in the short term, but could be easily replaced in the future if necessary. Only 4stars for value as they are a bit expensive. 31 Aug 2015
