Concealed Cistern with Pneumatic Dual-Flush Valve 6Ltr
This is a simple product so you'd expect it to be well designed. It's hidden from view so looks are not important, only performance.
The first unit I had was faulty - broken plastic lug on valve. Replacement was OK. The major problem is that the lid can't fit correctly. Partly because the mass of 6L of water distorts the cistern and partly because the pneumatic valve they fitted is too tall for the cistern, meaning it touches the lid preventing it seating properly. I'm sure the cistern will work ok but it would be better id the lid fitted snugly to prevent debris going in and water vapour getting out. In a cold toilet room, water vapour causes condensation to form on the outside of the cistern. This constantly drips onto the floor inside the enclosure / box, potentially damaging the floor below.

about that flush plate
the size of the flush plate is actually very useful as it allows for full servicing of the cistern internals once everything has been fitted as long as the flush plate is in the worktop above the cistern
all the cistern internals can be accessed removed & refitted & all done through the flush plate hole

Bought this system to fit into my new minimalist ensuite and was very surprised as to how large the flush plate and buttons were; being nearly as big as the cistern itself!! It would have saved a lot of time and trouble if the size of the flush plate was put on the description. Have sent back as defeats the object of having a concealed cistern in my view.
