Better coverage than you might expect. Covered a tatty felt roof 15m square in an afternoon by brush using two 5kg tins with a bit left over. It is very treacly and you are almost daubing or spreading it rather than painting so not sure how easy it would roll - a dip and splat on seemed the best approach as over brushing brings the fibres to the surface if you try to brush it too thin. Thinners are very pungent so you don't want to be down wind or too close to it. I can still smell it oudoors after 24hrs and it is still a bit tacky. Feels like it will be very tough. Expect to chuck away any kit you use or get it on. Rained after application but it just shrugged it off so seems like a good choice.

Old garage roof cement sheeting was cracked in places and letting water in. A search on screw fix for a temporary solution led me to give this product a try.
Put on a pair of marigold gloves over a thinner latex pair and got on with the job on a warm sunny day. The flexacryl was easily spread with a large paint brush and has fixed the leaky roof a treat. Highly recommend this product.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Tynemouth ideal solution to roof leaks
An excellent product that does the job perfectly. If applied correctly you will get more coverage than it says on the tin. it's not easy and it takes a lot of working in but the end result is a dry roof.
.The bonding fiibres enabled this product to bridge fairly big cracks - something that bitumen paints will not do. Common sense dictates wearing gloves.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Rube great coverage
Easy to apply and thick enough to use in strong winds without it blowing all over you. Very impressed but I can't say about the results yet as I only applied it yesterday. Judging by the finish though I can't see a problem.
