Rated 2 out of 5Â by Shadowfax Poor screws
Stay itself was fine. However, the screws were brass and therefore very soft. With just a little resistance the heads sheared off or the crosshead would round itself - both cases leaving just a protruding useless bit of screw which needed extracting. I had to travel to purchase some brass plated steel screws which were perfect and should have been supplied instead of the brass ones in the first place. Hence 2 stars. Cost differential would be minimal but would save a lot of grief for the user and bad feedback for you.
A pointless attempt to save money on your part.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by solihull replace like for like
the old casement stays tarnished over time and each time we redecorate the casement stays are replaced to match the new room and gives an excellent finish. The older replacements show no sign yet of wear or discolouration so we hope for a a few years of fresh looking brass finish. Also using satin chrome of the same style in rooms with chrome finish eg bathrooms.

Very good value for polished brass, design matches casement fastener 52591 (see my comment there) once fitted, they look as if they cost a lot more.
