The plunger did not fit inside the cartridge as described I even removed the plunger completely and it could not fit even if forced. There is an unpleasant amount of cold air discharge from the trigger making your hands very cold. Filling the gun manually is messy and grease leaks from the bottom of the cartridge case and from the air vents.
After only a couple of uses has stopped working.
It is a nice design and a great idea as your other hand is free to hold the nozzle but it is poorly built and even if mine was faulty I don't see it lasting long in industrial use.

It works perfectly for me, both from a cartridge or bulk fill. The plunger on mine has a taper on it that allows it to fit inside a cartridge or directly on the grease chamber bore, so I wonder if the manufacturer has modified the design. Operate it from 90 psi with no issues.

I wish I had read the reviews first. After ordering at the counter and finding it out of stock. I had to make a special one hour round trip to collect it the following week which makes my experience particularly sour.
Once home, I assembled the gun as per instructions, fitted a new airline tail and popped in a new grease cartridge. The gun just doesn't work!
I couldn't find any way of getting the plunger to enter the cartridge despite having prior experience with manual and air grease guns. After scooping out all the grease from the cartridge I reluctantly loaded the gun with grease directly into its cylinder. It still doesn't work. No grease at all from the nozzle, but half a cylinder of grease poured out under pressure from where the plunger enters the cylinder.
Taking it back on Monday for a refund.

Can never get grease to flow. Piston Jams when left for several weeks. Manual version is more reliable.
