is this underlay ok to use with luxury vinyl florring (lvt)

No - it is not hard enough for LVT - the only Acoustalay product that Screwfix stock that is suitable for LVT click tiles is our Acoustalay 1500 which gives 60kpa of support to the joints but this is not adhesive backed
