This 42 gallon tank is much quieter than our previous one, and the fact that it arrives with so many fittings is a bonus, especially considering it was one of the cheapest I could find online. It also had the added attraction of being delivered free, even on a Saturday, which most companies charge a hefty premium for. It arrived next day along with the only extra fittings I'd needed - a couple of flanged compression tank connectors - and within a day I had a brand new tank, well sealed and clean, to replace the tiny 25 gallon original. Despite improved water flow the tank makes less noise when refilling, so a good outcome all round as far as I'm concerned. I would definitely recommend the product and the cost and speed of delivery.

I bought this tank to replace an old and very polluted one, despite earlier reviews reporting tanks arriving scratched I found no damage to the one delivered to me via parcel force so it seems problem solved.
I did the woodwork and my plumber did the rest, the fill is a lot quieter than the old tank and as for value this is one of the cheapest 42 gallon tank I have seen especially as it includes loads of fittings etc.
I can't comment on reliability, but what can go wrong with a tank?
So now I have a sealed tank that I was able to raise higher than the old one improving the flow rate to the shower. Very pleased with this product.
Also next day delivery on a Saturday and free!

Very poor quality kit (plastic) it should be copper, rubber washers not enough, no insulation for the top of the tank, the quality of the tank is poor and weak, too pricey, and as a result my plumber could not and would not finish the job. I put the old one back because its made from steel and lasted 80 years and the new loft tank ended up in the garden to collect rain water.
