Rated 5 out of 5 by Brilliant. Look no further! These are good quality, clean looking, no frills, does exactly what it's supposed to.... And DOESN'T cost an arm and a leg. The price of the other brands really racks up when you have a few RAD's to do but that's no longer an issue if you buy these! 26 Aug 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great value I have used hundreds of these. No complaints from any customer. Can't be beaten for value. 12 Aug 2016

Answer:
Hello Tiler49.

These radiator valves can be used if your pipe work comes out of the wall, and you have enough clearances from pipe to valves.

Thank you for using Q&A.

Reading the instructions it states install "by following the flow direction arrow on the body". However, on the body of the valve there are two arrows pointing in opposite directions. The one on valve arm points into the radiator the one taking the 15mm copper tails points away from the radiator they both cannot be right as water must flow in one direction through the valve. At the moment I have guessed that it should be on the feed side. Is this wrong and does it matter which side feed or return the valve goes on?
Would be helpful if the company had a telephone number/tech support.

Answer:
The arrow denotes the direction of flow.
If it has 2 arrows on the valve is can go on either side.
If it only has one arrow then it must go on the side which matches the flow with the arrow.

Answer:
It is advertised as having a 'Bi-Directional Valve Body' which is why it has two arrows on the valve body. Bi directional valves can be fitted to either the feed or the return. Whichever is easiest to access. One directional valves are fitted to the feed. The instructions state " Connect the valve body with the inlet of radiators....." This statement hints at a poor translation so I would ignore this instruction unless there was only one arrow on the valve body of course.

All our properties have Myson TRV angled two way valves and these go from time to time. My local stockists doesn't keep them anymore. Would this model be a suitable replacement? Please advise.

Kind regards,

Tim
