I needed this product for two specific jobs at home, 1) to fix my guttering, 2) to trim my trees. I've only done my guttering at the moment but have found it to be just what was needed. With the extended A frame I was able to reach over my guttering instead of trying to access it from underneath with all the associated issues, like stagnant water running down your arms and onto your head.
Used as a triple stage ladder it goes at least another 12 rungs past my guttering if I were ever to need it.
I also found accessing my windows for cleaning easier too.
On the down side, other A frames that I have used in my trade have an aluminium locking arm when the A frame is in the open position. This product doesn't and it can be a little disconcerting when you are 12' up the ladder and the webbing straps decide to stretch and settle. Nothing that a slight modification won't cure.
All in all a very good purchase and I look forward to attacking my overgrown trees.

This looked good on paper and performs well provided you have a firm, flat base. I bought it for hedging but the outrigger system does not provide enough stability to make effective use of it around the outside of the house or garden

probably aimed at diy rather than trade but at least its light enough for one person to handle. pleased generally with ladder but two small critisismss. Firstly the bolts that hold the wide foot brace are too long and stick out i havent caught on them yet but its inevitable, secondly when used as a ladder the webbing gets under your feet and stops you from putting your feet properly on the treads when descending the ladder.
