Deliveries are between 8:30am and 6:30pm Monday - Friday, premium deliveries are before the time selected and weekend deliveries are between 9:00am and 5:00pm.
A signature will be required on delivery, you can choose your delivery day up to 7 days in advance. If you have provided a mobile number you should receive a text message approximately 60 minutes before your delivery is due to arrive.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming the couriers consignment number.

Items with the lorry icon are delivered direct from our supplier and are currently not able to be tracked. Direct dispatch items are only available to Mainland UK only.
Products are sent direct from our suppliers within the number of working days shown in the lorry icon. Deliveries will be made to an external ground floor kerbside location at your chosen address and a signature will be required upon delivery.
Delivery will be Monday - Friday 8am to 6pm and the supplier will contact you directly
Delivery within 2-6 Working days you will be advised of despatch/delivery by e-mail, SMS text message or telephone
Delivery within 7-21 Working days you will be contacted by telephone to arrange delivery
Unfortunately we are unable to accept delivery of these products into store. Our direct products are delivered FREE except where the product carries a minimum order value or quantity as detailed below:

Yes. There is an opportunity for you to enter the delivery address details on the address page of the Checkout. Or, if you are registered with Screwfix, you can add in additional addresses in 'My Account'. To protect our customers all orders are subject to standard fraud checks.

If no one is available to sign for the parcel the couriers will leave a card and the parcel will be returned to your local post office.

You will receive email cofirmation of your order as soon as it has been completed, you will then receive despatch confirmation which will have your invoice attached, once a consignment number has been allocated.
