Premium Delivery and Sunday Delivery options are not available to 48 hour or other zones
Applies to all products unless otherwise stated on the product page
We can not currently offer delivery to The Channel Islands, PO Box or BFPO Addresses

Delivery Information

Next Working Day Delivery as Standard

Order before 7pm weekdays or 4pm weekends for delivery the next working day as standard.

Saturday & Sunday delivery available. See table for charges.

Deliveries are between 8:30am and 6:30pm Monday - Friday, premium deliveries are before the time selected and weekend deliveries are between 9:00am and 5:00pm.

A signature will be required on delivery, you can choose your delivery day up to 7 days in advance. If you have provided a mobile number you should receive a text message approximately 60 minutes before your delivery is due to arrive.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming the couriers consignment number.

Delivered Direct From Our Supplier

Screwfix Delivery TruckItems with the lorry icon are delivered direct from our supplier and are currently not able to be tracked. Direct dispatch items are only available to Mainland UK only.

Products are sent direct from our suppliers within the number of working days shown in the lorry icon. Deliveries will be made to an external ground floor kerbside location at your chosen address and a signature will be required upon delivery.

Delivery will be Monday - Friday 8am to 6pm and the supplier will contact you directly
For deliveries within 2-6 working days you will be advised of despatch/delivery by e-mail, SMS text message or telephone
For deliveries within 2-6 working days you will be contacted by telephone to arrange delivery

Unfortunately we are unable to accept delivery of these products into store. Our direct products are delivered FREE except where the product carries a minimum order value or quantity as detailed below:

Frequently asked Questions

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes. There is an opportunity for you to enter the delivery address details on the address page of the Checkout. Or, if you are registered with Screwfix, you can add in additional addresses in 'My Account'. To protect our customers all orders are subject to standard fraud checks.

What happens if I am out when the delivery courier comes?

All orders will require a signature on delivery. If you have supplied your mobile number you will receive a text approximatly 60 minutes before your delivery is due to arrive. If no one is available to sign for the parcel the couriers will leave a card and the parcel will be returned to your local post office.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you wish to cancel your order please inform us by one of the following

When will I receive confirmation of my order?

You will receive email confirmation of your order once it has been placed. Once a consignment number has been allocated you will receive despatch confirmation with your invoice attached. Please note that if your product has the lorry icon the supplier will contact you to arrange delivery.

Are there any products excluded from the delivery options?

Products marked with this logo are only available for store collection.

Products marked with this logo are delivered directly by our supplier in the number of days indicated on the lorry icon. These can only be delivered to UK Mainland address Click here for more information.

I'm ordering from Northern Ireland how long can I expect to wait for delivery?

Delivery to Northern Ireland is usually within 2 working days.

Can I get delivery to countries outside the UK?

Yes we are able to deliver to other countries within the EU
For Republic of Ireland use Screwfix Ireland
for Germany use Screwfix Germany
for all other EU countries use Screwfix Europe
