New Delivery Charges

In response to customer feedback, we’ve simplified and improved our delivery charging structure.

We’ve reduced many of the delivery charges and now offer a better range of options linked to the value of your order. Plus we have included FREE packaging and handling for all orders.

For orders over £100 you can now take advantage of market leading FREE Saturday Delivery*. See the tables below for more information.

* Select the Saturday Delivery option at the checkout. Excluding direct dispatch products.

Planning ahead

Do not schedule or commence any installation work until after you have received your order and checked all the good for any defects or missing parts. This will enable you to resolve any technical questions or to order specific additional fittings as necessary.

1. Delivery Options & Charges

Order before 6:00pm and we will dispatch your order for next working day delivery. (Order by 6:00pm Friday for Saturday delivery. Order by 2:00pm Sunday for Monday delivery.)
Does not apply to direct dispatch products.

*Premium Delivery Options not available for Other Zones - please allow 4 days for standard delivery. Other Zones are AB35 - IV36 - 1V49 - IV52 - HS1 - HS9 - IV51 - IV56 - PA41 - PA49 - PA60 - PA 78 - PH42 - PH44 - KW15 - KW17 - ZE1 - ZE3.

Note: We cannot deliver to the Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland or BFPO.

2. Direct Dispatch (items marked 7/14/21 days)

Delivery to Mainland UK only

Items Marked 7/14/or 21 days are dispatched direct from supplier. You will be contacted direct by the supplier to arrange a delivery date - Monday to Friday only. Note: Direct Dispatch items cannot currently be tracked.

Most Big Stuff/Direct Dispatch items can only be delivered to an external ground floor location at the delivery address.

3. Order Tracking

If you have saved your details with Screwfix.com, you will be able to track your order progress through links to our carriers. Order tracking is a feature available from 'My Account'.

4. Returns

  1. You will need your order reference number and the details of the item to be returned.
  2. Email: online@screwfix.com or phone Customer Services on: 0500 41 41 41
  3. We will immediately arrange for collection of the item by one of our carriers.
  4. Return the item in its original condition, including packaging and obtain proof of return from the carrier. We will then dispatch a replacement from our Distribution Centre or process a refund once your returns are received.
