DIRECTIONS:

Directions: Exit the M25 at Junction 29 and take the A127 (Southend arterial road), for approximately 8 miles). At the next roundabout (by McDonald’s and the BP garage) take the second exit straight on (signposted A127). Continue for approximately 0.25 miles and take the A176 left (signposted Basildon, Billericay). Follow slip road to the roundabout and take the first exit (signposted Laindon North Industrial Area). Pass under road bridge to roundabout and take the first exit (signposted Pipps Hill Industrial Estate). Take the first right at the traffic lights onto Miles Gray Road, passing Asda on your right. Continue for 0.25 miles and turn left into Luckyn Lane. After 0.25 miles, turn left into Yardley Business Park. Screwfix can be found after 50 yds on the right.
